Who AM I?
Well experienced IT professional with more than 15 year experience offering services to residential customers.
In today's modern world IT equipment (or gadgets) are surrounding us everywhere. PC's, laptops, iPhones, iPads, Apple watches - the list goes on and on. One day I realised that a lot of people around me struggle quite often with setting up their personal devices and apps and would rather let someone experienced do the work.
While there is always an option to contact an official support team (like Apple genius bar, Microsoft or others), there is no “one fits all” solution and you will most likely end up having to spend even more time contacting various help desks.
That is how the idea was born. IT Concierge service is there for people who just need IT help or advise any time they need it.
Since my professional career in IT Networking started in 2006, I have been helping people discover what their gadgets are capable of whether they are Apple or Windows users, well-experienced or beginners. IT technologies are passion of my life and I truly enjoy working one-on-one and take time to listen to every customer’s unique needs and not only develop a tailored solution, but also explain things in a way even non tech-savvy customers understand.

Geeks2u: $158 per hour (residential) + $49 same day service fee add an extra $50 for business customers. $79 per half hour after first hour
Safemode: $100-$200 per hour (residential) charge depending on issue + service fees for business
Geekmobile: $110 per 45mins (residential) + extra for business customers.
Supergeek: $135 per hour (residential) : min 1 hour charge + booking fee + extra for business customers.
